Booking Policy: 
Clients are required to book their sessions at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This ensures adequate preparation and a tailored service for each client. Bookings made less than 24 hours before the desired session time will not be accepted. All bookings are provisional until confirmed and paid for in full.

Cancellation Policy: 

Clients can cancel their sessions without any penalty if they provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the session's scheduled start time. This allows us to manage our schedule with other clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will result in the full fee being charged.

Late Arrival Policy: 
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. However, in fairness to all clients, if a client is late, the session can only be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the original start time. Beyond this grace period, the session will be considered cancelled, and the full session fee will be retained. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to receive the full benefits of their session.


Refund Policy: 
If a client no longer requires the booked session and notifies us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a full refund will be provided. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was made. Please allow a standard processing time for the refund to appear in your account. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time or for missed sessions without at least 24 hours prior notification.

General Terms: 
By booking a session with NE Holisitc, clients agree to abide by this policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly fail to comply with our policies. These terms are subject to change without prior notice; however, all booked sessions will be honoured according to the policy in effect at the time of booking.



Clients are asked to acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions at the time of booking. Your cooperation helps us maintain the high standard of our services.
